Segovia - PDF knitting pattern
The Segovia blanket is a sister to the Lorca blanket, inspired by my travels in Spain. Both blankets use the same motif arranged in a different way.
The blanket is worked in one piece in mosaic garter stitch. The pattern is charted, and the chart is written out. You may use either the chart or the written instructions, though please be aware that the chart also has instructions for how to use them.
The sample (size M) was made in Aran weight yarn, Novita 7 Veljestä (MC #053 Light Pink, CC #391 Dark Green). It is a superwash yarn, 75% wool, 25% nylon.
Different yarn weights and fibres can be used. Using different fibres affects the size of the blanket and the amount of yarn needed. The needle size is for guidance only. Choose the needles that match your yarn and knitting style.
