The Costa Cálida (Warm Coast) in Spain offers you about 320 days of sunshine per year and is home to numerous beaches. A little granny square top is perfect for a stroll on a promenade. Everyone loves a granny square! Be assured, not many people have seen a knitted version before!
The top is worked in squares. The pattern comes in six sizes. This top is designed with a 4 - 15 cm / 1½ - 6” negative ease so it fits nice and snuggly. The squares are worked in rounds from the center of the square.
Work with double-pointed needles or circular needles using the magic loop method if needed.
Five CCs were used in the sample, each square made unique. Use as many colours as you like.
The sample was made in size 4. For reference, model is 168 cm/ 5’6″ tall with a 102 cm / 40” bust wearing the top in size 4.
