The Vines fingerless mitts are knitted in rounds, in mosaic knitting. The vine pattern wraps around the hand from the palm, over the top of the hand to the thumb. A diagonally patterned wedge on the palm makes the pattern easily adjustable in width. The beginning of the round is at the palm, between the vine pattern and the wedge.

The width and length can be easily adjusted, working more or fewer repeats/motifs. The pattern uses metric and imperial systems. The mosaic pattern is fully charted, including the gusset.
